Our Chef James Coward has been cooking since the tender age of 13 working at his uncle’s bakery in Highcliffe whilst still at school. James had to choose a career that he could dedicate his life into that know computer or robot could take over, so I chose to become a chef. Over the following years, James carried out his training at Colledge, France, London and many other quality rated establishments in England, London and in France (view my CV for further information)
Following that James at the tender age of 23 chose with the support of his parents to open Les Bouviers’ at Merley Wimborne. Les Bouviers moved from Merley to Arrowsmith Road in June 2006.
