Whilst our two rosette chef, and patron James Coward ensures your food is always delicious. James' wife and co-patron Kate Coward ensures your experience is a pleasant and memorable one, together they are a tour de force, delivering the finest food with first class service.
At Les Bouviers we can cater for almost any event, from a wedding, including ceremony, in our elegantly presented function room, with its own fully stocked bar, and private restrooms, to a romantic evening for two, cream tea with friends, or a fine dining experience.
All of this is offered overlooking our 5 ½ acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. All our grounds are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, and we are able to cater for all of your needs.
Overnight guests are welcome, in one of our 6, bedroom suites, ranging from the luxury Bellet suite, to our standard but still stunning Nixon, and Krasnyansky suite.
"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant every night. The food was exceptionally good, seasonal produce cooked with flair and imagination. There was a wide choice of dishes to suit everyone's taste including Venison, Guinea Fowl, Steaks, Fish and vegetarian. We chose the "Menu Surprise" one of the evening and wasn't disappointed and they have an extensive wine list to chose from. We had high expectations from the chefs history and have to say his reputation is well deserved. The service was attentive but unobtrusive and whole dining experience a pleasure. We can't wait to make a return visit."

"We had booked a meal and overnight stay.The service was efficient and friendly. The food cooked by the owner-chef was among the best we have had anywhere. Personally, I would have to recommend the guinea fowl on last night's menu. Overall it was an excellent dining experience. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. Finally, the continental breakfast was generous and of excellent quality"
